You are endangering your health if you buy viagra without a prescription. There's a reason it requires a prescription, because any underlying medical conditions you have, or meds you're taking, could cause problems. See your doctor first, get a prescription from him/her, then buy them from a reputable pharmacy. They're usually covered by insurance. If not, then you can take your chances on the online pharmacies.

I don't know for sure about USA websites but I think you'll find that there are several websites that offer "online prescriptions" which you fill in when you place your order. It's totally bogus really because prescriptions should never be issued without a face to face consultation with a doctor but nevertheless it is a method for buying genuine Viagra over the internet.

If you intend to buy it for recreational purposes rather than to treat erectile dysfunction you might be a bit disappointed, it can reduce the refractory period but it probably won't give you any extra energy or sensitivity.
