And Enanta Pharmaceuticals today announced positive results from a Phase 2 study of ABT-450/r, an investigational, oral protease inhibitor being developed for the treatment of hepatitis C (HCV) infection. Initial 3-day and 4-week results suggest that ABT-450/r (ABT-450 with 100mg of ritonavir to support once-daily dosing) demonstrates potent antiviral activity in treatment-naïve adults. Results show that more than 90 percent of patients (21 of 23) on study drug achieved HCV-RNA levels <25 IU/mL at four weeks. Results were presented today at the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease annual meeting in Boston.
Key findings:
After three days, treatment with ABT-450/r alone resulted in statistically significant, 4-log mean reductions of HCV RNA, across the three dose ranges of ABT-450 (50mg, 100mg, 200mg, once-daily dosing) compared to placebo
At week four, 91.3 percent (21 of 23) of patients receiving ABT-450/r in combination with standard of care (SOC) - pegylated alpha interferon and ribavirin (pegIFN/RBV) - achieved HCV-RNA <25 IU/ml

I have these two pills call man up now, cost about 8.00 so not really cheap and I never use these and my friend at the gas station been there forever and has seen so many, and he tried some and swears by it. A lot of people judge these and say, stupid, they dont work and what not, and I have tried one called something like viagra but different and was 8 dollars a pill and it would work, but when I try and take a viagra which I cut the 100mg blue ones up into fours and still I get extremely dry mouth and usually end up with a bad headache, migraine... where I have to leave and I start throwing up due to the migraine and last time I went to the ER cause the pain was so extreme. So if there are others that experience this, do you do anything different when taking a small piece and what do you do to prevent it, I was thinking a very small piece and lots and lots of water, really I dont need it and for sure not doing it for the size but I want to go for a couple hours which sometimes I do no problem and have a hard time when I finish and sometimes it is in a couple minutes, so I was thinking does it work when do *** and the second time when the refraction time period is over can you go even longer at that point and thinking of taking man up cause it might not cause the extrmee headaches.

I never buy stuff like this cause I think most of it doesn't work, however my friend that works at a gas station comes across all kinds of different brands from working there for so long so ive tried a couple which he gave me and the price of them are not cheap, 1 pill for 8.00 and so he said he tried this one called "Man Up now" comes with two capsules with a price of about 8.00 too, on the back it says can last up to 24-72 hours not meaning having a constant erection of course you know but it also says take 1 -2 hours before sex depending if you ate food or not which doesn't make sense to me if it to last that long but anyways, does it work.
My friend that says it works really good for him, gave me a pack and so ive been holding on it and in about 2 hours going to get some so is it worth it and does it make you go for a while if your some that is usually quick.
I also have Viagra at the house, not mine but blah blah dont tell me about how I am not to taken others meds just tell me the info, cause like you know they are blue 100mg ones and I usually in the past has cut them inwo about 4 pieces but I will get a horrible headache extreme migraine so that is why I am hesitant on taking it but in comparison what do you think for anyone that has taken man up now or anyone that has experience taking Viagra and the ones that get the headache and extreme dry mouth what do you do not to have that migraine type headache, I am thinking if I decide to take the Viagra I will drink a ton of water and maybe that will help or just try out a manup .hopefully somebody can tell me some good information, easy 10 points;.
